To reach the Restaurant focus, guests pass along six glass walled wine cellars to enter another world.

Inspired by water, nature and the views across the lake towards the mountains of Central Switzerland, the avant-garde interior design is emphasised by the materials and warm colours used. Similarly, Head Chef Nenad Mlinarevic’s culinary skills reflect this nature oriented philosophy.

In doing so, he places great value on using quality swiss and regional products and combines these with great passion to create everything from light snacks to detailed menus.
