In 1925, the La Coopérative wine cooperative was founded in the small village of Bélesta (in the Roussillon region of France). Inspired by this connection and by a passion for good wine, the Hotel Riberach created a restaurant, also called La Coopérative, within the walls of the former wine cellar.
