Delicious elegance is blended with a variety of flavors and fine contrasts. French cuisine is fused with seasonal products from all over the world for colorful new creations. The filigree works of art are presented in six or nine impressions with harmonious ease.

The fact that I am now able to ignite my guests' passion for sophisticated cuisine every day anew with exciting signature creations such as marinated beef tartare with a light smoky flavour combined with dehydrated beetroot, beetroot jelly and cassis is partly thanks to my former chefs – the term "patrons" is probably more accurate. Every single one of them has made an essential contribution to my future as a star chef with their know-how.
