At the Grill Restaurant Lake Terrace, enjoy grilling artistry at its finest. Whether it’s Black Angus or 16-year-old Omakuh – masterpieces are created over an open flame, enhanced with wood from our own forest. All paired with a breathtaking lake view.
Fondue Gondola Pop-up
From November 1, this winter, exclusive pop-up gondolas in collaboration with Gstaad Tourism bring alpine flair to Lake Lucerne – the perfect setting to enjoy Gstaad cheese fondue and local specialties with family or friends in a cozy chalet-style atmosphere.

Excellent product quality, finely balanced flavour profiles and creative dishes – including the signature dish of duck liver ice cream, beetroot and beef tartare – define the experience.
