Award-winning chef Patrick Mahler and his team (18 Gault&Millau points, 2 Michelin stars) use their culinary expertise to concoct a delectable combination of effortless lightness with audacious surprise, for a once-in-a-lifetime gourmet experience that your palate will never forget. Delicious elegance is blended with a variety of flavors and fine contrasts. French cuisine is fused with seasonal products from all over the world for colorful new creations. The filigree works of art are presented in six or nine impressions with harmonious ease.

"Cooking has fascinated me for as long as I can remember – using fresh food and a few skillful creative touches to create an unforgettable moment of pleasure: just wow!"

The fact that I am now able to ignite my guests' passion for sophisticated cuisine every day anew with exciting signature creations such as marinated beef tartare with a light smoky flavour combined with dehydrated beetroot, beetroot jelly and cassis is partly thanks to my former chefs – the term "patrons" is probably more accurate. Every single one of them has made an essential contribution to my future as a star chef with their know-how.
