From November 1, this winter, exclusive pop-up gondolas in collaboration with Gstaad Tourism bring alpine flair to Lake Lucerne – the perfect setting to enjoy Gstaad cheese fondue and local specialties with family or friends in a cozy chalet-style atmosphere.

With a series of pop-up gondolas, the Park Hotel Vitznau, in collaboration with Gstaad Tourism,
is bringing additional Alpine flair to the coming winter months.

Nestled in the garden of Park Hotel Vitznau, each gondola captures the essence of Switzerland, offering a cozy, intimate setting to relax and celebrate with loved ones and friends. The Gstaad Fondue Gondolas invite guests to savor a true Swiss classic in a charming chalet-style atmosphere – whether during the snowy winter days or as the sun sets over the stunning Lake Lucerne. The exclusive gondolas invite guests to enjoy Gstaad cheese fondue and other local products from the renowned mountain village.

Daily Booking: From 12:00 PM onwards
The maximum occupancy is four people per gondola.
Reservations for the Fondue Gondola can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For non-observance of this deadline or in case of no-show, we take the liberty of charging an expense allowance of CHF 75 per person.
Since 2020, the Park Hotel Vitznau has been run in the style of a private guest house. The gastronomic offers are subject to availability for external guests and can only be booked by reservation.
