From November 1, this winter, exclusive pop-up gondolas in collaboration with Gstaad Tourism bring alpine flair to Lake Lucerne – the perfect setting to enjoy Gstaad cheese fondue and local specialties with family or friends in a cozy chalet-style atmosphere.

Our Offer
At the grill Restaurant & Seeterrasse, you will find two menus shaped by seasonality, the quality of the ingredients, and the individual preferences of our guests.
The all-day menu offers a light, Mediterranean-inspired selection, ranging from fresh starters and salads to pasta, refined classics and grilled dishes, available to enjoy flexibly throughout the day.
In the evening, the focus shifts to open-fire cooking. Carefully selected cuts of meat and fish, alongside premium ingredients, are prepared with precision and craftsmanship to create rich, distinctive flavours.

The all-day menu is available daily from 12.00 pm until 6.30 pm.
Reservations for lunch for external guests can be made from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm.
