Excellent product quality, finely balanced flavour profiles and creative dishes – including the signature dish of duck liver ice cream, beetroot and beef tartare – define the experience. Due to our annual winter break, the restaurant focus ATELIER will remain closed until and including 5 March 2026. From 6 March 2026, we look forward to welcoming you back during the following opening hours:

- Additionally open on Easter Sunday, 5 April 2026
