During Patrick Mahler and his team's creative break, our restaurant focus ATELIER will be led by Fabrizio Zanetti, Executive Chef at Suvretta House in St. Moritz. At the beginning of November 2025, he will bring his cuisine to Vitznau for a short time, shaping the restaurant with his personal signature.
