Meat sommelier Felix Kattchin, awarded 15 Gault Millau points, presents his true fascination to the guests of the Park Hotel Vitznau. On beautiful summer days you can experience the culinary delights of our grill restaurant on our lakeside terrace - right on the shores of Lake Lucerne and watch the gentle waves and listen to the splashing of the bronze fountain «Bull & Bear». When the temperatures outside get colder, the fire enlights for our dishes in the grill restaurant in our main kitchen. In the cold season we welcome you in the stylish interior of the Park Hotel Vitznau.

Felix Kattchin trained as a meat sommelier and is a true grandmaster of fire. Many fire up the grill in the summer, but few master the art of fire and charcoal as brilliantly as "Caveman" Felix Kattchin at the Park Hotel Vitznau. His repertoire is boundless: Black Angus beef, Spanish Rubia Gallega beef, veal, and old cows from the region, Appenzeller chickens, and much more. His signature: the 16-year-old Omakuh, aged for six months; three of them dry-aged. This can be found in various dishes he prepares.

Lakeside Terrace

 

 

The fire for our dishes from the grill restaurant licks in our main kitchen. On beautiful, warm summer days, you can experience the culinary delights of our grill restaurant on our lakeside terrace - right on the shore of Lake Lucerne. It's worth taking a break here, listening to the murmur of the bronze "Bulle & Bär" fountain and enjoying the distant view of the Alps. In the cold season, we welcome you to the stylish interior of the Park Hotel Vitznau - on the garden level with our six wine cellars.

From autumn to spring, we serve you delicacies from our French-inspired Verlinde menu for lunch, as well as a daily changing dish recommendation in the Verlinde Bar.

Until May 16th, daily from 6:30 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays
from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

From May 17th to September 22nd, daily from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
and from 6:00 PM.
